- Hello my name is Dr. Linda Smith. My educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science in Elementary/Special Education, a Master’s Degree in Elementary /Special Education, certifications in Gifted Education and Education Administration, and a Doctorate of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D.) from Saint Louis University. I have over 30 wonderful years of experience in the Field of Education and I am looking forward to another exciting school year!
